Ozlo Designs design and handcraft unique macramé and woven wall decorations, plant hangers and fashion accessories with original patterns inspired by geometric forms, nature and the available materials.
Sustainability is very important to Ozlo Designs. Rope is sourced from a small factory in Barcelona who take unused fabric cut offs from fashion companies that would otherwise go to waste and transform them into beautiful rope. And using coloured fabrics results in a range of lovely colours without using any toxic dyes. The rope is mostly 100% cotton or linen and is very soft and strong.
My passion has been art since an early age and I started working with textiles during my first degree in Fashion Design. My love of textiles, fibres and designing pieces grew while completing my Masters in Costume Design but I had to rethink my future and career choices when my little son arrived in 2015 and now balance being a full time mum to a busy little boy with macramé and weaving.
