Bruno is from Bordeaux, France arriving in the UK aged 21. Within 3 years Bruno won the Good Food Guide’s Young Chef of the Year. Bruno worked at two Michelin-starred Manoir aux Quat’Saisons under Raymond Blanc before winning his own Michelin star as head chef of the Four Seasons
